Air Compressor High Pressure Precision Filter
The precision filtration of Dolomann air compressor high-pressure precision filter can reach 0.01um @99.9999+%, pre-filtration 3UM@99.9%, and oil and gas adsorption efficiency 99+%. Vacuum pumping is adopted to ensure 100% airtightness and no air leakage, and the pores reach the absolute precision filtration level. Double-liquid epoxy resin is used for full-automatic glue filling, which ensures the correct proportion and will not degum. All rubber products have production certificate and confirm the rubber test. Also all finished products have 100% quality inspection.

Principle of Precision Filter
The atmosphere contains water vapor, hydrocarbons and solid particles. These impurities are sucked into the air compressor along with air, and then enter the compressed air pipe together with the residual lubrication oil. If these pollutants are not treated in time, they will cause the pipeline corrosion, harm the sensitivity and service life of production equipment and tools, and affect the quality of manufactured products.
Dolomann's replacement for high pressure filter can remove most of the oil pollution and solid particles, droplets and solid particles in the compressed air are intercepted when passing through the glass fiber filter layer, condensed on the surface of the filter element, and deposited at the bottom of the filter under the gravity to be discharged by an automatic drainer.
