ZLS-Hi+

Jaguar air compressor ZLS-Hi series is equipped with IE4 permanent magnet frequency conversion high-efficiency motor, which improves the motor efficiency by 5-10% and saves cost. With the patented permanent magnet cooling system, the casing is evenly distributed with water channels, and the temperature of the motor is constantly controlled at 80 degrees, so as to avoid the increase of the motor working current caused by heating and never lose magnetism. The protection grade of the permanent magnet cooling system is the highest in the industry, IP65 (6 dustproof completely prevents dust from entering, 5 waterproof and washing without harm), completely prevents iron slag dust from entering, and eliminates the possibility of motor burning due to temperature rise.

ZLS permanent magnet frequency conversion energy saving up to 50%

VSD frequency conversion control technology of JAGURA ZLS permanent magnet frequency conversion series closely meets the actual air need. Fully-automatically adjustment air compressor cooperates with the users’ air pressure for the frequency conversion adjustment, and the air flow of spiral air compressor is controlled by adjusting the motor rotating speed, so that the full-automatic air compressor can meet the use’s actual air demand and greatly save energy. Under this principle, the air compressor energy cost can be greatly save by as much as 50%. In the long-term test, VSD frequency conversion control technology can save 20%~25% on average in the whole life cycle of air compressor. On the other hand, the pressure is stabilized and reduced indirectly as use the VSD frequency conversion control technology. With the reduction of power consumption, the energy saving in the whole life cycle is significant.

The motor electromagnetism is greatly optimized, and the efficiency is greatly improved, with an average increase of 5~10%. Thus greatly reducing the user’s cost and energy saving.

Compared with the electric excitation motors, the permanent magnet frequency conversion motor has the characteristics of ultra-high energy efficiency (up to IE4), compact structure, small volume and light weight. As the permanent magnet frequency conversion motor cancels the electric excitation system that improve the motor efficiency, and the motor structure is simplified and the operation is more stable.

The traditional screw head and induction motor use elastic coupling, which is easy to install, but there is a problem that plum-blossom rubber gasket is easy to wear after long-term use, and it is difficult to maintain, which causes troubles to users. Due to the influence of the fixed rotation speed of 2-pole induction motor 3550 rpm or 4-pole induction motor 1760 rpm, the screw head can’t be optimized to a better rotation speed, and lower efficiency resulting in energy waste.

The JAGUAR air compressor ZLS-Hi+ host equipped with super-large head, IP65 eight-pole permanent magnet motor coaxial drive, ultra-low speed and noise. After a long time of analog test and type test selection, the exhaust volume has reached the leading level in the industry. Coaxial rotation is used to replace the elastic coupling transmission, which greatly increase the reliability, improve efficiency and prolong service life of the transmission module.

lE4 grade permanent magnet motor is made of rare earth permanent magnet material. In order to keep the motor permanent magnet will not contact with the external environment, JAGUAR air compressor use the liquid-cooled system independently and innovatively design, and uses cooling liquid to cool the permanent magnet motor to keep the magnetism.
