Doloman replacement for IR（Ingersoll Rand) air compressor precision filter element is mainly installed in the precision filter on the pipeline outside the oil air compressor, which is used to filter the air in the pipeline and separate the lubricating oil and other dust and water droplets in the air. The air in the air compressor contains vapor and dust. In the process of compressing the air, the air will mix with lubricating oil. When passed through the pipeline, the precision filter element of the precision filter can block most of the oil pollution, suspended particles and metal debris, intercept it on the surface of the precision filter element, and then sink to the bottom of the precision filter by gravity action, and discharge it out by the automatic drainer.

Features
- Equipped with O-ring on the top of the precision filter element, which can resist oil, achieve airtight state, and reduce the risk of air leakage, keep safer.
- Using winding precision filter element, to make the filtering area larger and reduce the difference pressure.
- The upper and lower covers of precision filter element are made of imported plastic material nylon, which has high corrosion resistance and prolonged service life.
- The filter net of the precision filter element is made of glass fiber imported from German, which is more resistant to high temperature and acid and alkali environment than sponge, thus prolonging the service of the precision filter.
Functions
The precision filter is installed on the pipeline, which is responsible for filtering air, intercepting water vapor, dust, residual lubricating oil and metal debris in the air on the surface of the precision filter element, and effectively blocking impurities and oil stains in the air through the winding precision filter element, so as to ensure the air are clean and impurity-free.
