Replacement for ITALY Brand Air Compressor Precision Filter
Dololmann replacement for ITALY brand air compressor precision filter of air compressor with unique structural design and convenient installation. The outside layer of the filter element adopts sandblasting cotton. Compared with the sponge, the sandblasting cotton has the advantages of high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. The sponge is easy to corrode after being used for a period of time. If the corroded sponge is blown to the downstream pipeline by air flow, it will cause some damage to the equipment. The design without tie rod and the buckle design at the top of the filter element to save more space and very convenient to dissemble.

Principle of Precision Filter
The atmosphere contains water vapor, hydrocarbons and solid particles. These impurities are sucked into the air compressor along with air, and then enter the compressed air pipe together with the residual lubrication oil. If these pollutants are not treated in time, they will cause the pipeline corrosion, harm the sensitivity and service life of production equipment and tools, and affect the quality of manufactured products.
Dolomann's replacement for ITALY brand precision filter can remove most of the oil pollution and solid particles, droplets and solid particles in the compressed air are intercepted when passing through the glass fiber filter layer, condensed on the surface of the filter element, and deposited at the bottom of the filter under the gravity to be discharged by an automatic drainer.

Specification
- Grade P Pre-filter: Remove solid particles down to 5μm including liquids, emulsions and oil particles
- Grade U Coalescing Filter: Remove liquid and solid oil particles up to 1μm & oil residual not exceed 0.1mg/m³.
- Grade H High Efficiency Oil Removal Filter: Remove liquid and oil aerosols up to 0.1μm and 0.01mg/m³ and 99% oil free compressed air. Before using, the filter has to be installed with the grade U oil filter in the front.
- Grade C Activated Carbon Filter: Remove odors and oil vapour down to 0.03mg/m³. Before using, the filter has to be installed with grade H filter in the front.
