Replacement for KASER Air Compressor Air-Oil Separator

Dolomann replacement for KASER air compressor air-oil separator has good separation effect. Under normal working pressure and rated flow rate, the residual amount of compressed air can be controlled at 1.2 mg/m³. It is made of glass fiber filter material imported from Germany, and the mist oil-gas mixture in compressed air is completely filtered out when passing through the air-oil separator. Filterability and size can replace the original, and can be designed and manufactured according to user requirements. Dirt deposits, such as aged oil, air pollutants or worn particles, will reduce the service life of air-oil separator. When the flow rate of oil increases, the important dirt deposited in the air-oil separator will also increase. In practical application, the maximum pressure difference that the air-oil separator is usually between 0.8 MPa and 0.1 MPa, so please pay attention to the change of pressure difference in use.

Principle of Air-Oil Separator

The air compressor air-oil separator is a special filter element used in air compressor system to remove oil from compressed air, and it is a key component in air compression process. Ail-oil separator determines the quality of compressed air in air compressor. High-quality air-oil separator can not only ensure the efficient operation of compressor, but also the service life of filter element can reach thousands of hours. The air-oil separator adopts the principle of "polymerization" for filtration. The nanometers glass fiber layer separates the oil droplets from the compressed air, and then conglomerates them into larger oil droplets, which are return to the compressor oil circuit. This separation process can reach the sub-nanometer level, thus ensuring the minimum oil consumption of the compressor and the minimum oil entering the compressed air pipeline.
