Under correct installation and use, the service life of air-oil separator can reach 6000 hours of continuous operation time.

The air compressor air-oil separator is the key component to determine the compressed the compressed air quality of air compressor. High-quality air-oil separator can not only ensure the high efficiency of compressor, but also the service like of filter element can reach thousands of hours. Compressed air coming out of the compressor entrains large and small oil droplets. Larger oil droplets are easy to be separated when passing through the air-oil separator tank, while small oil droplets must be filtered by the glass fiber through the nanometer level of the air-oil separator filter element. The oil particles are directly intercepted by the filter material through diffusion, inertial collision condensation and other principles, so that the suspended oil particles in the compressed air are quickly condensed into large oil droplets. Under the gravity, the oil collects at the bottom of the oil separator element and returns to the lubrication oil system through the inlet of the oil return pipe in the bottom recess, so that the compressor can discharge purer and oil-free compressed air.
