Principle of Air-Oil Separator
The air compressor air-oil separator adopts the principle of "polymerization" for filtration. The nanometers glass fiber layer separates the oil droplets from the compressed air, and then conglomerates them into larger oil droplets, which are return to the compressor oil circuit. This separation process can reach the sub-nanometer level, thus ensuring the minimum oil consumption of the compressor and the minimum oil entering the compressed air pipeline.

- Pressure decreasing: the initial pressure difference is 0.12Bar by using larger Germany imported glass fiber.
- High compression strength: high efficiency, can stand 5bar for differential pressure
- Long lifespan: quick coalescence and separator, and low flow resistance. The lifespan will enhance to 30% under normal system function.
- High efficiency of separating: the residual oil can be controlled under 3ppm during normal working pressure and rate flow.
- Environmental protection: We use electroless plating procedure.
