Replacement for MITSUISEIKI Air Compressor Thermostatic Valve

The temperature regulating valve
Oiled air compressor need lubricating oil to lubricate the blades in the cylinder and to compress the air. The thermostatic valve is the key component to control the exhaust temperature of the cylinder in order to maintain the normal temperature range. However, the temperature in the air compressor cylinder is affected by the continuous operation and the external environment, which will produce high and low temperature. Both too high and too low temperature will have a negative impact in the air compressor.
Functions
The thermostatic valve adjusts the temperature of lubrication oil sprayed into the cylinder first, and then adjust the temperature of exhaust gas from cylinder. According to the temperature of lubricating oil, the thermostatic valve opens and adjusts the flow of lubricating oil into the cylinder, so that high-temperature and low-temperature lubricating oil enters the cylinder of the air compressor after mixing, and the temperature in the cylinder is adjusted. If the temperature in the cylinder is high, low temperature lubricating oil will flow.
