Adjustment method of the air compressor pressure regulating check valve
The original set pressure valve of the pressure regulating is 0.45MPa . It needs to be adjusted when the pressure is deviated. Since the adjustment of pressure regulating needs to be carried out during the compress operation, please contact distributor or Dolomann to carry out this operation.
Valve body replacement of pressure regulating check valve.
- Press the stop button.
- Cut off the main power supply.
- Close the stop valve on the exhaust side.
- Open the front plate and wait for the inside pressure gauge of oil separator down to 0MPa.
- Use the condensate drain valve to release the pressure between the regulating check valve and the stop valve.
- Loosen the hexagonal part of the valve body of the pressure regulating check valve with a wrench. At this time , take out the whole valve body without loosen the screw nut.
- Spring washer, pressure regulating spring, pressure regulating valve piston, one-way spring and one –way valve piston are still left on the filter element connector, please take out the necessary part and replace them.
- If there is dirt inside the filter element joint, please clean it.
- Apply grease to the O-ring of the pressure regulating valve piston, lightly apply lubricating oil(NEW OIL NEXT) to the sliding part and O-ring of the check valve piston, and then reinstall it.
Important Tips
When replacing, if the valve body of the pressure regulating check valve is not easy to loosen, please wait until the temperature of the valve body drops to normal temperature.
