Dolomann absolute oil free filter of air compressor:
It is the secondary air/oil separator. Can replace the oil-free air compressor. Air and lubricating oil can be separated, and the air oil content below 0.01ppm, which almost isolates tiny oil molecules, therefore, the discharged air gas is clean and oil-free. The filter material imported from Germany, and developed by Dolomann and has a patent, the patent number: M293077.
The remaining oil and air are absorbed by the Air / Oil separator of the air compressor, so that the oil content of the air is reduced to 0.01ppm, almost reaching the oil-free state, as the gas discharged by "oil-free air compressor" have very low oil and gas content, it could be having the advantages of "oil-free air compressor" by using an absolute oil-free filter installed in "oil-based air compressor." This is the Dolomann exclusive design for re-filtration of Air / Oil separator of air compressor.
The absolute oil-free filter can make the oil-based air compressor achieve the effect of oil-free air compressor, which not only makes clean and oil-free compressed air, but also reduces the harm of its oil mist to the working environment and workers.
Absolute Oil Free Filter (Secondary Air / Oil Separator)
Working Principle of Dolomann Absolute Oil-Free Filter:
- Compressed air enters to the absolute oil-free filter, and passes through the air / oil separator (micron grade glass fiber) to separate lubricating oil from compressed air.
- The separated fine oil gas is accumulated into large oil droplets, and sent the oil back to the oil filter through the bottom-oil return pipe.
- These oil drops return to the oil circuit of the air compressor via the oil return pipe, repeatedly used for screw machines of air compressors.
Dolomann absolute oil-free filter is installed between the air tank and dryer, it deals with oil content lower than 0.05ppm, water content oil content down to 0.01 ppm even 0.03ppm, which can reach absolutely oil-free compressor.
Then, the compressed air will be dried by dryer of the air compressor system, and the remaining oil and gas will be absorbed by the precision filter, so that the oil content of the air will be reduced to 0.01ppm, almost reaching the oil-free state. Due to the gas discharged by "oil-free air compressor" have very low oil and gas content, it could be having the advantages of "oil-free air compressor" by using an absolute oil-free filter installed in "oil-based air compressor." Needs to Replace Air / Oil Separator Regularly for Oil-based Air Compressor:
Traditional oil-based air compressor must be use lubricating oil, which will produce impurities and oil stains during operation, and the discharged air contains oil, water and impurities in the air, which will accumulate in pipelines and filter elements.
If the Air / Oil Separator is not cleaned and replaced for a long time, it is easy to be blocked by dust and metal debris in the air, which reduces the efficiency of separating air from lubricating oil, discharges air containing impurities and oil stains, and affect the products and working environment of the production line.
The Dolomann absolute oil-free filter can intercept the oil and gas in filter during the operation of air compressor, which can effectively avoid the following three risks:
- The discharged oil and gas may accumulate on the ground of working environment, which will cause oil stains on the ground and increasing the difficulty of cleaning.
- The discharged oil mist particles are harmful to human body. By intercepting the oil mist particles during the operation of air compressor, to reduce the discharged oil mist and pollution to the working environment.
- Oil and gas are accumulated around the factory environment. It is easy to spontaneously ignite and cause fire.
