Replacement for ATLAS Air Compressor Filter Element
Dolomann replacement for ATLAS air compressor filter element, the quality directly affects the use of filter. The filtering principle is that the air is compressed through the mesh, and the impenetrable impurities, such as oil stains, will be blocked, and then the water and a small amount of oil stains will be discharged, but almost all impurities remain on the surface of the filter element. As time goes by, more and more impurities remain attached, which makes it more and more difficult for the compressed air to pass through, resulting in worse filtering effect. If precision filters are used, the filter elements should be replaced regularly to ensure the pressure, flow rate and cleanliness of back-end production.

- Grade C= QD: The removal rate of oil (residual oil) is 0.003mg/m³ @20°C. 7 bar g. Example 1: 009qd = FDH 009c.
- Grade U = DD/DDP: The removal rate of oil (residual oil) 0.5 mg/m³ @20°C. 7 Bar g. The removal rate of particulate pollutants is 1.0 (micron). Example 2: 009 DD = FDH 009 U.
- Grade H = PD: The removal rate of oil (residual oil) is 0.01mg/m³ @20°C. 7 bar g. The removal rate of particulate pollutants is 0.01 (micron) Example 3: 009 PD = FDH 009 H.
