Dolomann replacement for CF air compressor precision filter element is mainly used for air purification and filtration, which can filter out water vapor, condensed water, atmospheric dust, mechanical impurities, oil mist and microorganisms, impenetrable impurity oil stain, etc., and has good effects of oil, dust and water removal. We have available in various types filter elements suit for various filters.
The material of Dolomann replacement for CF air compressor precision filter element adopts Germany imported glass fiber to keep the high filtering effect and prolong the service life. It is made by advanced automatic winding machine. The inner and outer mesh are made of SUS-304 stainless steel, and a layer of white Non-woven fabric is added to the outermost layer, which will not be damaged or cause second-degree pollution and blockage.

Specification
- Grade P：Pre-filter. Remove solid particles down to 3µm including liquids, emulsions and oil particles.
- Grade U：Coalescing Filter. Remove liquid and solid oil particles up to 1um & oil residual not exceed 0.1mg/m³
- Grade H：High efficiency oil removal filter Remove liquid and oil aerosols up to 0.1um and 0.1mg/m³ and 99% oil free compressed air. Before using, the filter has to be installed with the grade U oil filter in the front
- Grade C：Activated carbon filter. Remove odors and oil vapor down to 0.03mg/m³. Before using, the filter has to be installed with grade H filter in the front.
