The main function of Dolomann replacement for PARKER's ZENDER air compressor filter element is filtration and purification. There are always many pollutants in compressed air system, such as abrasive solid particles ,dust, iron filing ,compressor lubricant(mineral or synthetic),condensed water droplets and oil, etc.. If these pollutants are not removed, they will increase the maintenance cost . We adopt Germany imported glass fiber and advanced manufacturing technology, 100 made in Taiwan, ensuring the filtering effect and service life.
The replacement for ZANDER precision filter element of PARKER is mainly used for filtration and purification. • Material of Internal and External Net: SUS-304 Stainless Steel
• A layer of white non-woven fabric is added to the outermost layer, which will not be damaged and will not cause secondary pollution and blockage.

Specification

• Grade C = A: The removal rate of oil (residual oil) 0.003mg/m³ @20°C. 7 Bar g.
• Grade P = V: The removal rate of oil (residual oil) 3mg/m³ @20°C. 7 Bar g. The removal rate of particulate pollutants is 3.0u (micron).
• Grade U = Z: The removal rate of oil (residual oil) 0.5mg/m³ @20°C. 7 Bar g. The removal rate of particulate pollutants is 1.0u (micron).
• Grade H = X: The removal rate of oil (residual oil) 0.01mg/m³ @20°C. 7 Bar g. The removal rate of particulate pollutants is 0.01u (micron).
