Principle of Precision Filter

The biggest pollution in compressed air comes from the air sucked by the compressor, not from the compressor itself. The atmosphere contains water vapor, hydrocarbons and solid particles (there are about 140 million solid particles per cubic meter of air). These impurities are sucked into the air compressor along with the air, and then enter the compressed air pipe network together with the residual lubricating oil. If these pollutants are not treated in time, they will corrosion pipeline, damage the service life of production equipment and tools, and affect the quality of manufactured products.

  • Grade P=3PU:Oil Removal Rate (residual oil ) 3mg/m³ @20℃.40 Bar g,the precision particulate pollutants removal rate is 3.0µ (micron).
  • Grade U=8:Oil Removal Rate (residual oil ) 0.5mg/m³ @20℃.40 Bar g,the precision particulate pollutants removal rate is 1.0µ (micron).
  • Grade H=6:Oil Removal Rate (residual oil ) 0.01mg/m³ @20℃.40 Bar g,the precision particulate pollutants removal rate is 0.01µ (micron).
