The function of the precision filter is to separate the moisture, oil pollution and impurities in the air of the air compressor. Principle of Precision Filter
The biggest pollution in compressed air comes from the air sucked by the compressor, not from the compressor itself. The most troublesome pollutant is water, which accounts for about 99.9% of liquid pollutants found in compressed air. High-efficiency compressed air precision filter can not only remove solid particles and oil, but also removes water mist, which is the key to operating an efficient and cost-effective compressed air system. A typical compressed air system has various requirements for air quality.

Corrosion Resistance: The main corrosion resistance of stainless steel come from the passivation film formed by adding Cr element, and the passivation film can be stabilized by adding Ni element. In general environment, #304 material has excellent corrosion resistance.
