Air-oil separator is a special filter element used to remove oil in compressed air, and it is an important component is the process of air compression. High-quality air-oil separation element can keep the efficient operation of the compressor, and the lifespan of the filter element can get thousands of hours. The principle is used” polymerization” to filter. Nano-sized glass fiber layer separates oil droplets from compressed air, and the conglomerates them into larger oil droplets, which return to the compressor oil circuit. The separation process can get to the sub-nanometer level, the oil droplets gathering at the bottom of the filter element under the gravity, and returning to the head lubrication oil system through the concave oil return pipe, thereby discharging pure oil-free compressed air.

Functions
